ITH replaced our townhome roof in a difficult to access/narrow area of Seattle. ITH made a typically stressful process totally hassle free and easy. Isaias (owner) was very responsive by text and phone. He gave me detailed updates before the work started and on each day. When the work was stopped due to increasing rain, he let me know immediately and his team was back the next morning (over the weekend). He was resourceful, excellent in communication, and shared photos before and after. It’s clear ITH values long term customers, their reputation, and doing great work. Highly recommend!!

The company has provided a good support immediately when customer called. They have done the new roof for my house 2 years ago. We signed the contract for ITH to paint the siding for my house this month, they have painted the siding and the trims very carefully. Not in the contract, they also painted the gutters to make the house looks more brighter and beautiful. I would like to recommend this company due to the good services, reliable and reasonable price.
